Mission Statement
We will provide quality products of a superior value to our
customers, we will always act with complete integrity in all of
our dealings, and we will respond to our customer's needs. We
maintain and recruit a staff of high-caliber personnel who are
always happy to help our customers. We work in an
environmentally safe manner as well, by using products and
proceedures that protect the environment.
Company History
Local businessmen purchased the Lake City Division of Haas
Woodworks in 2003, and changed the company name to Lowtis
Woodworks. The company is continuing to grow so a move to an
even larger manufacturing facility is planned in 2003.
Currently,
the manufacturing facility is at 2109 Lakeshore Drive in Lake
City, Minnesota; and features a 7,100 sq. foot office, showroom,
and manufacturing space.
Objectives
Quality Products: Every piece of work produced is signed
and dated by the craftsman who constructs it. This final
signature is a source of pride for all of us here at Lowtis. We
understand that the future of our company depends on the
uncompromising commitment to quality of our craftsmen's work.
Innovative Design: Our creation and execution of cabinet
designs make us leaders in the industry. Our ability to listen
to and recognize the needs of our customers allows us to fulfill
their requests in a satisfying product, which ensures our
future.
Customer Satisfaction: Quick response to customer needs
is necessary to retain our customer base. We also believe in the
old-fashioned, but still very true sentiment that the customer
is always right. We know that satisfied customers will give us
the best kind of advertising and are completely essential to the
survival and growth of our business.
